With a decade of experience in investment property management, a strong commitment to historic heritage and a business promoting RE Use, Bay Stevens has gained a reputation as the catalyst for sustainable growth. She has done site visits of historic industries, manufacturers and current operations in cities including Providence, Baltimore, Columbus, Duluth, Beijing, Harbin and Wuhan, China. As a licensed real estate broker she puts advocacy into action, working with agents and developers to build capacity for obsolete and historic properties.

Bay designed and maintains www.ReUseIt.info, providing information and resources for community-based and private developers. She helps her clients find a competitive edge and grow a sustainable future.

As an event planner she designed, hosted and led a two-day workshop: Host at: RE Use It! development opportunities along New Mexico’s Historic Railroad Corridor. The event drew participation from around the country, and investment for six local community development initiatives. She was the chair of the Toastmasters Spring Conference for 2004, Division B Governor and SpeechCraft project leader in 2005-2006
